On August 18th, Ms. Gu, the Secretary General of Shanghai Ceramic Society and Mr. Wang Shiwei the research fellow of Shanghai Institute of Ceramics Chinese Academy of Sciences received the General Manager of Anhui Linquan Zero Functional Ceramic Co., Ltd. They communicated on application of advanced ceramics to medical field. The Secretary General Ms. Gu introduced the basic situation of Shanghai Ceramic Society and information of “Shanghai International Industrial Ceramic Exhibition”. Research fellow Wang Shiwei briefly introduced the present status of application and development of transparent alumina ceramics. The General Manager of the Company described the problems they encountered in the production of alumina ceramics and then consulted and discussed with the experts on improvement of the properties of the alumina ceramics.
