The reelection meeting for expiration was held by Crystals and Ruby Committee of SCS on March 11th, 2016. The Secretary General of SCS Ms. Gu .presided over the meeting. The Director of the Committee Prof. Zhao Jingtai summed up the work of Committee involving training course of crystallography, international symposium, popular science work, professional investigation, preach of moral roles in science, etc. The essential work of the Committee in 2016 was proposed and discussed. At the meeting ,the Secretary General of SCS briefly summarized the previous work of SCS and introduced the work plan in 2016. Meanwhile, she expressed her strong support to the work of the Committee, as always, and willing to pay efforts for enhancing influence and contribution of the Committee. Finally, after full discussion and a vote by raising hands the deputy directors, members and secretary of the Committee were unanimously elected out. The Secretary General and director of the Committee issued the certification to the members and took pictures together with them. After the reelection ,the first academic communication of the Committee was held.
