The 2016 annual council meeting was held by SCS on March 7th. The council members and directors of all the professional committees of SCS attended the meeting. The main agendas of the council meeting were: 1) To sum up the annual work of 2015 and to put forward the work plan of 2016; 2) To report the work of all the professional committees of SCS and their plans of this year, respectively; 3) To convey the main points of “Stipulation of Five Prohibits” issued by 5 state ministries and commissions of China; 4) To discuss and decide relevant issues of SCS. The vice president Mr. Sun presided over the meeting. The Secretary General Ms. Gu summarized the work of SCS in 2015 and put forward the proposal of the work of 2016. The participants discussed actively and warmly at the meeting. They all affirmed and appraised the previous work results over the years and the establishment of the new session of council. All the professional committees introduced their work plans of this year briefly and made their recommendations for the further work of SCS. Finally the proposal of establishment of Standardization Committee of SCS was passed by hand raising vote.
