On Dec. 22nd of 2015, a delegation led by Secretary General Gu Zhong-hua visited Shanghai Debao Seals Co., Ltd. to carry out professional training and discussed with leaders in charge of the company for communication. The general manager and the directors of related departments of the company warmly received the delegation. During staying at the company the delegation specially gave the interesting lectures on some special topics for technical backbones and the leaders in charge of the company. The senior engineer Zhang Shen from SCS gave the lecture titled “An exploration on the subjects of advanced ceramic industry in China”; the research fellow Jiang Dan-yu from SCS presented his lecture “The method for determining mechanical properties of inorganic materials”. After lectures the participants asked many questions and the delegation answered one by one. Meanwhile they deeply discussed on how to make better determination of mechanical properties of ceramic products and how to process well starting with raw materials so as to improve the quality of the products.
