The “2014’ annual working meeting” was held by SAST on Dec. 25^th at Shanghai Science Auditorium. The secretary general of SCS was also present at the meeting. During the first half of the meeting the head of SAST conveyed relevant conference spirit from the party leadership group of China Association for Science and Technology and the Shanghai Municipal Party Committee. The vice chairman of SAST Mr. Yang Jian-rong summarized 2014’ work of SAST and arranged major work of SAST in 2015. During the second half of the meeting the attendees were divided into five groups to have panel discussions.
