“The12^th Annual Symposium and 9^th Engineer Forum” was held by SAST on September 22^nd at the international hall of Shanghai Science auditorium. Nearly 500 representatives from Shanghai social organizations of science and technology, universities, research institutes and bottom level associations for science and technology attended the symposium.
