The “2013 communicating meeting for development of promoting municipal fundamental research projects” was held by Academic Department of Shanghai Association for Science and Technology (SAST) on Jan. 22^nd, 2013. The heads of Academic Department of SAST Mr. Pan Qi and Zhang Shijun attended this meeting. The leaders of 10 academic societies of SAST and the heads of the projects also took part in this meeting. The Secretary General of SCS Mr. Zhang Shen and research fellow Liu Xuanyong from the Biological and Environmental Protective Materials Committee of SCS were also invited to participate in the meeting.
The Mr.Liu Xuanyong reported the progress of this project “Research on Inorganic Biological Material and Construction of Platform for Its Application in Biomedicine Field” undertaken by SCS and briefly introduced the plan of further work of this project. The leader of Academic Department of SAST appreciated the achievements of this project.
