The 2013 annual colloquium was held by the Biological and Environmental Protective Materials Committee of Shanghai Ceramic Society on Jan. 7^th, 2013. A part of members of this professional committee attended this annual meeting. The Director of this committee Mr. Liu Changsheng presided over this meeting. The status report of the project “Research on Inorganic Biological Material and Construction of Platform for Its Application in Biomedicine Field” and the further working plan of this committee were discussed in the meeting. After adequate discussion the mid-term report was finalized and will submit to Mid-term Report Meeting to be held by SAST Jan. 22^nd.
