The top government prize in Shanghai quality aspect —— 2010 Shanghai Mayor Quality Prize was issued on August 31st. Shanghai Building Material Research Institute has award to win the prize. In Shanghai only two institutions have won the prize. Deputy Secretary of Municipal Party Committee, the Shanghai Mayor HAN Zheng awarded the honorary certificate to the Director of Shanghai Building Material Research Institute ZHANG Yanping. The deputy director of the State Quality Inspection Administration LIU Pingjun and the vice mayor of Shanghai JIANG Ping attended the award ceremony.
