Experience Exchange Meeting of Innovation and Development sponsored by Academic Department of China Association for Science and Technology (CAST) was held on Sept. 4th, 2011 in Beijing. Representatives in charge of national societies under CAST and provincial and municipal associations for science and technology and local academic societies attended this meeting. The Secretary General of Shanghai Ceramic Society was also invited to attend this meeting. The Vice Chairman of CAST Deputy Secretary of Party Committee Mr. CHENG Donghong, the Director of Academic Department of CAST Mr. SHEN Aimin, deputy director of the NGO administration of Ministry of Civil Affairs Mr. LI Yong and deputy director of Academic Department of CAST Madam ZHU Xuefen participated in the opening ceremony and were seated in chairman’s set. The meeting had three agenda: 1) opening ceremony; 2) exchange of experience on society’s work; 3) communication discussion for promoting innovation and development of societies。
