Activities on “Member Day of China Association for Science and Technology and Chinese Ceramics Society(CCS) as well as Shanghai Ceramic Society” were carried out on Dec. 15th, 2010. Those activities were co-organized CCS, Shanghai Association for Science and Technology (SAST), Shanghai Institute of Ceramics Chinese Academy of Sciences (SICCAS), and Shanghai Ceramic Society (SCS). The leaders of CSC and SAST participated in the meeting. Nearly 60 representatives from universities, research institutes, designing institutes and enterprises and students in Shanghai took part in those activities.

President of SCS Mr. Chen Lidong hold the activities. Two experts presented their research reports, then dialogue and exchanges amongst the participants were carried out.
